We are grateful that you have decided to take an intentional approach to your health goals and intentions with us. Sage Moon Naturopathic Medicine Inc. is a Naturopathic medical practice designed to address the individuality of each person and their needs.
New Patients
Please call for a Free 15 minute Initial Call. There will be no medical advice given during this visit, it is intended for both of us to determine a right fit for you.

First Office Consult: $250
This will be up to two hours where we will uncover your health history including family history and environmental factors that contribute to your current state of health. This will include any indicated physical examinations that your doctor will need to do in-office. It does not include the cost for any labs, medications/supplements you may be advised to purchase.
Home Visit: $300 (First time), $100 (Follow up)
Within 15 miles of our office
Second Visit: $150
A follow up visit for the same complaint. This will be scheduled with you once a treatment plan or extended information gathering, via labs or homework for you has been established. The purpose of this visit is to review new information and modulate the treatment plan that we have created in the first consultation.
Subsequent office consults for new complaints: $150 (30-45 mins) $100 (20-30 mins)
Phone/email consult (15 minutes): $25
Craniosacral Therapy: $60 (30 minutes) $90 (1hr.)
Therapeutic Massage (1 hr) $90 (1.5hr) $130
